We're looking for an #Amazing PA to join our #VirginFamily, where you’ll be supporting our VP Financial Planning & our VP Corporate Finance

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of support to two VPs, providing comprehensive administrative support, and contributing to the efficient operation. You'll manage diaries, coordinate communications, book travel, coordinate events and handle various tasks to optimise their effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the two VPs.

We're looking for a proactive and diligent individual who can navigate a fast-paced environment with finesse. Perhaps that’s you; we'd love to find out!
Our PA's are responsible for:
  • Diary management: you will ensure our VP’s diaries are consistently up to date, meetings are efficiently scheduled, with rooms booked, and sufficient preparation time. Acting as a ‘gatekeeper’, making sure you prioritise meetings in the diary, and they have a clear objective.
  • Co-ordinate complex domestic and international travel management. Being thoughtful in how plans are put together to ensure the /VP’s time is optimised.
  • Prepare agendas/documentation/presentations/actions, ensure the VP has any relevant information, and pre-read for meetings, including ensuring all presentations are collated and ready.
  • Proactively follow up on any meeting actions and ensure these are completed.
  • Organise and coordinate events (internal and external), collaborating with relevant colleagues to ensure they are well-organised and run efficiently.
  • General admin, including recording expenses for the VP’s, processing purchase orders and invoices and tracking budget spend
Do you have strong PA experience and the ability to support very complex diaries? Do you have a record of handling your own workload efficiently in a dynamic environment, showing initiative and proactivity? Then this could be the role for you!

Alongside the above, we're looking for the following:
  • Experience using MS Office tools, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to build well-thought-through and clear documentation.
  • Desire to learn and embrace new emerging technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and expertly at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. With the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities across different people with the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
Here are some key skills you’ll develop to add to your already amazing experience:
  • Opportunity to develop interpersonal skills, working with senior leaders
  • Proactively seek out and expand your project management and organisational skills by getting involved and supporting the various teams with key priorities and projects. Help coordinate the teams to be at their best, providing tools and support to enable them to deliver initiatives in an engaging way and in line with our company vision.
  • Curious and grow, working cross-functionally with other business areas such as finance and tech to improve efficiencies and challenge the status quo.
Does the above sound like you? Do you have a strong desire to develop yourself and learn new things? Then we'd love to hear from you!
