Salary: Competitive per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment
Closing Date: 23rd May 2025
As a Finance Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term basis, you will play a key role in supporting the post go-live phase of our Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Your focus will be on stabilising reporting processes, delivering accurate financial insights, and supporting temporary audit checks to ensure the system is operating effectively and controls are embedded.
This is a critical role that will sit at the intersection of finance and systems. You’ll work across teams to support reconciliation, investigate reporting gaps, and help enhance the reporting environment. Strong TM1 skills will be a real advantage but not essential, particularly in helping reconcile legacy and new system outputs.
You'll cover the following activities:
- Support the transition to business-as-usual reporting following go-live of Oracle Fusion
- Validate and produce regular reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy of financial outputs
- Deliver audit support, including temporary controls and reconciliation checks during the stabilisation period
- Troubleshoot post go-live issues in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams
- Leverage TM1 to reconcile and align legacy reporting with Oracle Fusion outputs
- Recommend improvements to financial reports and support the development of enhanced reporting capabilities
- Provide insightful performance analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders across the business
- Maintain strong internal controls during the reporting transition period
You’re a confident analyst with experience working in fast-paced, change-driven environments, and ideally some exposure to system implementations. We’re looking for:
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
- Proven ability to investigate data issues and drive resolution quickly and accurately
- Strong experience with TM1 (highly desirable), especially in supporting financial reporting and planning processes
- Comfortable working with new systems – Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience is an advantage
- Ability to clearly communicate analysis, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Well organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Desirable but not essential: Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
