In this exciting new role as Finance Change, Communications & Training Manager, you will ensure seamless execution of change across Finance, including quarterly releases for our Oracle Fusion system. You will lead the development and execution of communication strategies, change management initiatives, and training programmes for Finance changes, ensuring smooth adoption and engagement across the organisation. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align communication and change management strategies with organisational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, video messages, and presentations.
- Lead change management strategies and deliverables to support the successful adoption of Finance changes and initiatives
- Work with Finance colleagues to identify the training needs for different employee groups, collaborating with the Training team and business leads to ensure content is relevant, accessible, and engaging.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Regularly track and report on the success of communication, change management, and training efforts, using analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for people-led change? Are you a clear communicator who can engage and motivate at all levels? Then this could be the role for you!
Alongside the above, we’re looking for someone with the following:
- Proven experience in a communications, change management, or training role, ideally within Finance systems or Finance System implementation.
- Strong background in designing and executing communication and change management strategies for large-scale organisational changes.
- Experience working with Finance software, Finance Systems, or similar technology implementations is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model) and the ability to tailor approaches to the organisation’s culture and needs.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and/or Learning and Development is highly desirable.
Does the above sound like you? Are you excited to join us on our 'Most Loved' and 'Sustainably Profitable' journey? Then we'd love to hear from you!
