As our Senior Account Manager – European & Offline Markets you’ll lead the charge in driving Virgin Atlantic’s commercial performance across key offline regions. You’ll be fully accountable for delivering revenue through targeted account planning, relationship management, and commercial execution.
Representing Virgin Atlantic (and our partner airlines) in market, you’ll champion our brand, lead high-value negotiations, and shape the future of our GSA strategy. Your insights and actions will directly contribute to our sales growth, yield optimisation, and the elevation of our industry profile across Europe and beyond.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong sales acumen, international experience, and a proven ability to influence and deliver results through data-led decision making.
- Own and deliver sales budgets for your portfolio across Europe and offline markets.
- Drive structured sales planning to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
- Maximise opportunities through the Air France-KLM Joint Venture and other key partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage performance across key B2B segments.
- Create and implement revenue-generating activity plans and account strategies.
- Manage GSA performance, including contracts, RFP cycles, and goal-setting.
- Strengthen Virgin Atlantic’s profile in the European travel trade through events and panels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Network Planning, Alliances, and Sales Dealing teams to align strategy.
- Act as the voice of the offline market internally, capturing market intelligence and feeding it into CRM and planning tools.
- Deliver process improvements, embed change initiatives, and champion CRM adoption across the team

- Proven experience in a commercial or sales-based role.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-party negotiations across international markets.
- A history of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including stakeholder influence at senior levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and building partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the travel industry is desirable.
- Track record of continuous learning and a growth mindset.
