In this role as International Finance Analyst - India, you’ll be supporting the Manager of International Finance across India, ensuring robust corporate governance, compliance, and risk management while delivering excellent customer service. You will be a key connection between International and the UK, providing strong and trusted financial guidance to local teams and effectively communicating local knowledge, challenges, and opportunities to UK stakeholders.
  • Deliver quality management reporting, including timely and accurate cashflow forecasts.
  • Ensure robust compliance and control, adhering to all statutory, GST, tax, and treasury obligations.
  • Effectively manage accounting processes, ensuring they are relevant, efficient, and effective.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the UK and India.
  • Support the Finance Manager with month-end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Do you have a strong background in finance combined with excellent analytical and relationship management skills? Can you work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels? Then this could be the role for you!

Alongside the above, we’re looking for the following:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Airline industry or Travel experience required
  • Good knowledge of accounting theories, principles, and their application.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and intermediate/advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders and build long-term influential relationships at all levels.
  • Positive and pragmatic approach to achieving results and ability to self-motivate.
  • Good commercial acumen and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support/improve decision-making.
  • Ability to coach and influence non-finance individuals.
  • Agile, with the ability to manage AD-HOC duties, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The right to live and work in India.
