As our eCommerce Trading Manager, you will drive the delivery of the USA digital trading strategy, ensuring quality traffic is aligned to tactical and core merchandising efforts across Virgin Atlantic platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing all US outbound channel revenue and conversion targets while maintaining a strong working relationship with key partners like Delta Airlines.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll oversee delivering a world-class customer journey, optimizing engagement and conversion rates, and ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects Virgin Atlantic’s brand values.
- Execute the USA digital trading strategy to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Build Adobe metric dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Develop and manage content for new US destination sites in collaboration with UK counterparts.
- Optimize customer journeys by reducing bounce/exit rates and improving engagement.
- Partner with Delta sales teams to align on market insights and revenue goals.
- Manage traffic acquisition and conversion drivers such as PPC and SEO to maximize ROI.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve trading strategies and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Revenue Management, CRM, and UX, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
