At Virgin Atlantic Airways, we believe that everyone can take on the world, and it's our vision to become the most loved travel company. As we embark on this next exciting stage of our journey, we’re harnessing our spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to challenge the status quo.
Ready to lead change that truly takes off? As Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our PRM development pipeline, steering initiatives that deliver real business impact. You’ll bring teams together across the business, chair our Commercial Retailing forum, and set a clear course for success. With a sharp eye on delivery, you’ll guide your transformation team to land technical solutions on time and in scope.
From negotiating with strategic partners to managing stakeholders and smoothing out bumps in the road, you’ll make things happen. If you’re a natural collaborator with the confidence to influence and inspire, this is your chance to help shape the future of Virgin Atlantic.
- Guide a high-performing transformation team, setting KPIs, mentoring talent, and embedding best practice across everything we do.
- Ensure projects land on time and within scope, removing blockers and escalating where needed to keep momentum strong.
- Shape and prioritise the PRM development pipeline, sequencing initiatives to unlock maximum business value.
- Collaborate with PRM and technical teams to shape solutions that drive transformation outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and nurture relationships with strategic partners to secure long-term commercial wins.
- Chair the Commercial Retailing forum, align cross-functional teams, and steer decisions that support delivery success.
Whether you’ve built your expertise through formal education or hands-on experience, we’re looking for a confident, collaborative leader to help shape the future of Virgin Atlantic. If you’re passionate about driving meaningful change, inspiring diverse teams, and making a real difference, this is your opportunity to soar.
In addition to the above, we’d love for you to demonstrate the following:
- Experience leading teams and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with programme and change management approaches like Agile, PRINCE2 or MSP.
- A proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional change, even in complex and evolving environments.
- A strong sense of commercial awareness, with the ability to connect transformation efforts to real business results.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, with experience influencing senior leaders and engaging stakeholders at every level.
- A degree in business, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience leading transformation with impact.
It would be great if you also have a background working within the Retail or Travel industry.
