We're here to help you become a destination expert. With our blended training programme, you'll be able to confidently recommend and sell holidays, ensuring our customers have the best store experience! Our training kicks off with our ‘First Dates’ induction day at our flagship head office in Crawley. This is followed by a three-week training programme, which is a combination of classroom, virtual and in-store training.

Working alongside our award-winning retail team who share your passion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, both pre and post-sale, embodying our values of 'Think red', ‘Make friends’ and ‘Be amazing’
• Strive to exceed personal and team sales targets with determination and a proactive approach
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and products, driven by your passion and curiosity for bespoke luxury travel
• Offer daily support to colleagues, Supervisors, and the Area Manager, while actively promoting and marketing the store to attract new customers, creating a collaborative, friendly, and commercially focused environment

We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter, who has passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We’re also looking for the following:

• Demonstrated customer service skills with preferred experience of achieving personal targets in a sales environment
• Previous experience of working within the airline, travel or tourism industry is highly desirable for this role
• Dedication to building a repeat customer base through exceptional service and relationship management
• Proven experience of overcoming challenges within a constantly evolving environment – no two days will be the same
• Strong passion and curiosity for luxury travel, with a drive to stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings
• Flexibility to work various shifts in line with customer demand, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

If successful through the screening stage of your application, you'll be invited to complete our online video assessment. The final stage of the process will be an invitation to attend an in-person interview in-store.
