As our Analyst – PRM Insights & Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at Virgin Atlantic. Sitting within our Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) team, you’ll design and deliver automated tools and commercial dashboards that unlock insights and drive smarter strategies.

You’ll work closely with commercial stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and bring them to life using SQL, Power BI, and other modern data tools. Whether it’s building a new ancillaries automation tool or delivering actionable dashboards, your work will directly influence how we optimise revenue and performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data focused problem solver who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful business impact.
  • Design and implement automation tools to streamline data processing and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that support self-service insights and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand business needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests, from booking trends to product performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Are you a curious analyst with a passion for solving problems and building smart solutions? Do you enjoy working with data and collaborating with commercial teams to make a real impact? Then this could be the role for you!

Alongside the above, we’re looking for someone with:
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data engineering or automation.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to understand business context.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Experience with Python, Databricks, or Power Platform tools is a plus.
