As we turn the page on the next exciting chapter of our brand journey, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team
As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll drive the delivery of complex, medium to large-scale digital initiatives—ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work within a global context, applying appropriate delivery methodologies such as Agile
(Scrum/Kanban) 

Collaborating across business units, with technical leads, product owners, product designers, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure that deliverables align with agreed business outcomes. You’ll act as a champion of delivery excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and well-being across your teams. 
What You’ll Be Doing 

Lead all Agile ceremonies for your digital teams, ensuring planning, refinement and retrospective sessions are well organised. 

 Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing team health, delivery focus and business outcomes. 

Utilise Agile practices to coach and guide teams towards high performance and sustainable delivery. 

Support and contribute to the Virgin Atlantic delivery community through mentoring, coaching and practice development. 

Manage dashboard reviews at the end of each sprint, using data to identify issues and track actions through to resolution. 

Drive engagement and ownership across delivery teams, ensuring goals, scope and outcomes are clearly communicated.
