- Take ownership of guest feedback and escalations, making sure every interaction feels thoughtful, personal and true to our brand
- Manage the day-to-day running of the concession, including health and safety, data protection, quality standards and industry regulations
You will be a passionate, hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the team, close to the guest and close to the action. You will understand that a successful concession is built on great relationships, clear standards and a team that feels genuinely inspired.
You will bring:
- Experience leading small teams within a retail, travel, hospitality or guest-focused environment
- A strong track record of delivering sales and guest service results
- A natural coaching style, with the ability to build confidence and bring out the best in others
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to spot opportunities and use insight to grow local performance
