Product Owner – Digital Product IFEC
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week at VHQ, Crawley
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: 16 month fixed term contract
Salary: Competitive

We’re on the lookout for a Product Owner to lead the digital evolution of our Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity experience. In this role, you’ll own the customer journey from discovery to continuous improvement, ensuring every release creates meaningful value for our customers and the business.
You’ll be a strategic driver, overseeing complex initiatives with autonomy, and influencing cross-functional direction. As a senior voice within the Digital team, you’ll mentor fellow Product Owners and champion a culture of experimentation, agility, and impact.
• Take full ownership of your product area from strategy to execution
• Prioritise the backlog to align with customer needs and business goals
• Evolve the product roadmap through continuous discovery and iteration
• Define clear success metrics and monitor product performance
• Leverage data, user feedback, and research to inform decisions
• Embed experimentation and rapid test-and-learn cycles
• Guide delivery squads and external partners to drive progress
• Translate complex challenges into actionable development plans
• Proactively identify risks and remove blockers
• Communicate progress and product insights to stakeholders
• Foster collaboration across teams to enable seamless delivery
• Set high standards for product and agile delivery practices
- Considerable experience in digital product and supplier management
- Demonstrated success leading product discovery and delivery cycles independently
- Expertise in prioritisation, value mapping and product lifecycle management
- Strong data fluency and experimentation mindset
- Experience aligning stakeholders and suppliers across functions to support delivery
- Skilled at articulating complex product concepts clearly and persuasively
