This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong payments experience to work in a fast-paced environment where operational excellence, control and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Payments Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of end-to-end payment operations across supplier and employee payments, ensuring all activity is processed accurately, on time and in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with Treasury, Finance Systems, offshore teams and banking partners to manage payment processes, resolve issues and improve controls and efficiencies across the function.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing supplier and employee payments across multiple banking platforms
• Ensuring payment controls, governance and segregation of duties are maintained
• Supporting payment forecasting and cashflow objectives with Treasury and Working Capital teams
• Investigating and resolving payment failures, rejections and operational incidents

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and enhanced controls
• Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to maintain high service standards and operational performance
You’ll bring strong experience within a high-volume, fast-paced payments or working capital environment, along with a passion for accuracy, control and continuous improvement.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Experience managing end-to-end payment processes and controls
• Knowledge of banking systems and payment platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Coupa, Citi and Lloyds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience supporting testing, process changes and incident resolution
• Strong Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills
