Office and Services Executive – DEL
Location: Delhi CTO, India (minimum of 3 days a week in the office)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive

In this role as Office & Services Executive – India, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Virgin Atlantic’s office locations across India. Based in our Delhi CTO, you’ll manage daily administrative tasks, liaise with local suppliers, and coordinate with in-country tech support for over 300 employees. You’ll be the go-to person for facilities, office services, and vendor coordination, ensuring our workspaces are safe, compliant, and aligned with the Virgin Atlantic brand.
- Owning and managing day-to-day office operations across all India locations, ensuring safe, compliant and seamless workplace environments
- Acting as the key escalation point for office-related risks, incidents and compliance matters, maintaining audit-ready health & safety and facilities standards
- Managing relationships with local suppliers and landlords, overseeing service performance, contracts and budget alignment in partnership with Finance
- Coordinating essential services including mobile provision, workplace technology and IT asset management, ensuring smooth joiner/mover/leaver processes
- Driving continuous improvement across office operations, enhancing service delivery, efficiency and overall employee experience while maintaining Virgin Atlantic brand standards

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Confident operating within local legislation and corporate governance frameworks, with a strong compliance mindset
- Comfortable working independently as the in-country subject matter expert, while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders across time zones, communicating clearly in spoken and written English
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement approach, identifying efficiencies and mitigating risk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow a plus
- Flexible and willing to travel domestically to support regional office locations when required
- Right to live and work in India
Although not essential, it would be great if you also have experience of working in an office environment.
