Executive – Office and Services
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week
Location: Seoul, South Korea
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 15th October 2025
The Office & Services Executive will support the smooth and efficient operation of Virgin Atlantic’s office locations in South Korea by managing daily administrative tasks, liaising with local suppliers and coordinating with in-country (and global) Tech Support.
This role is based in Seoul but will be responsible for supporting all Virgin Atlantic office locations across South Korea. The Office & Services Executive will ensure compliance with local legislation and coordinate all administrative needs with both local and head office stakeholders to provide safe, resilient and fit for purpose workspaces.
Administrative Duties
• Ensure smooth day to day office operations, including facilities management and coordination of supplies with local suppliers.
• Support local managers and People team with intra-office communications.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Act as a liaison between the South Korea offices and global administrative counterparts.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation to improve processes, enhance service and deliver efficiencies.
• Manage all First Aid provision to ensure they are maintained and available for use.
• Ensure each office space is tidy and well presented in line with Virgin Atlantic vision. Where appropriate encourage occupants to take responsibility for their environment and raise any maintenance issues with applicable parties.
Supplier Relationship Management
• Manage day to day relationships with locally contracted vendors and outsourced services.
• Coordinate and manage service with mobile phone provider for all VAA work-related devices.
• Support Head Office Facilities team by maintaining relationships with local office suppliers.
• Act as primary point of contact with Landlords in South Korea.
• Coordinate with South Korea Finance Team to ensure all POs and invoices are raised and tracked and budgets are maintained within agreed limit.
IT Coordination
• Coordinate with Virgin Atlantic’s global Technology teams and external partners for technical support or required updates for any local South Korea office issues.
• Maintain and liaise with local supplier service/support agreements (e.g. phone/internet) to ensure issues can be resolved effectively and where required work with Technology Contract or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and assets assigned to all staff and ensure assets are returned as part of leaver process and shared with IT Asset Management team.
• Ensure staff are aware and adhere to company IT policies including data privacy, device usage.

• Extensive experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Knowledge of office related legislation and compliance.
• Experience in supplier, contractor and lease management.
• Highly organized and professional with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with global teams in different time zones.
• Flexibility to travel to other in-country locations as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
