Behind every flight is a team of incredible people and making sure they’re paid accurately and on time is essential to keeping everything running smoothly. As Crew Logistics Payments Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering Pilot and Cabin Crew payments, ensuring everything is handled with precision, care and in line with agreements and regulations.
This is a role that combines numerical expertise, operational understanding and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work across Crew Logistics, Finance, Payroll and external suppliers to ensure payments, reporting and reconciliation processes are accurate, efficient and transparent.
You won’t just process payments, you’ll help improve how we do things. From analysing trends and resolving discrepancies to streamlining processes and enhancing systems, you’ll play an important part in driving continuous improvement and supporting better decision-making across the business.
- Delivering accurate and timely Pilot and Cabin Crew payments, ensuring alignment with agreements, policies and monthly deadlines
- Reconciling hotel and transport invoices against contractual terms and actual usage, investigating and resolving any variances
- Validating payment data and maintaining accurate cost tracking, supporting financial control and transparency
- Producing and analysing payment reports, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency
- Acting as a key point of contact for payment queries from Pilots, Cabin Crew and stakeholders, providing clear and professional responses
- Working closely with Finance, Payroll, Crew Logistics and suppliers to improve processes, enhance systems and drive continuous improvement
You’re a detail-focused and numerically confident professional who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and making processes more efficient, all while keeping accuracy and integrity at the heart of what you do.
- You have strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working with payments, cost data or financial reconciliation
- You’re highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to validate, analyse and present data clearly
- You have excellent attention to detail and can work independently, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You’re a clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including Pilots, Cabin Crew and senior teams
- You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, systems and reporting
Experience within airline operations, Crew Logistics or payroll processes is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively and deliver with accuracy and care.
