- Build strong internal and external networks, representing Virgin Atlantic at industry working groups and forums.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, checklists and procedures, and contribute to future policy improvements.
- Automate reporting processes through systems such as IRMA to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a visible presence across the business, gathering feedback from frontline teams to inform safety plans and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience in presenting to Senior Management, with insights and recommendations.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively when solving complex problems.
- Skilled in data interpretation, with good level of Excel capability (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas etc).
- Power BI experience highly desirable.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to balance safety considerations with operational realities.
- Strong team player, able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
