Marketing Manager – South Korea
Location: Seoul
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive

The South Korea Marketing Manager supports the delivery of Virgin Atlantic’s marketing plan in South Korea across B2C, B2B & PR. The role supports strategy, planning and delivery to achieve our brand, customer and commercial outcomes.
Working closely with the International Marketing & Communications Manager and local agencies, this role helps plan and execute marketing campaigns delivering high-quality, locally relevant activity across paid media, social, PR, digital and trade marketing to support revenue growth and brand preference.
The role involves day-to-day coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, timely reporting, and effective use of the marketing budget. It also includes supporting B2B marketing and trade activities, ensuring our sales teams and partners have clear, up-to-date differentiated materials that showcase Virgin Atlantic’s products.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys turning plans into action, managing multiple tasks at pace, and building strong relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of annual marketing and media plans for South Korea.
- Work with agencies to deliver digital, social, and PR campaigns that meet commercial and brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and insights to improve future activity.
- Support the localization of global campaigns for the South Korean market
- Budget Management
- Coordinate B2B marketing activities and campaigns with leisure and corporate partners.
- Support trade events, roadshows, and co-branded activities to promote Virgin Atlantic.
- Help create and update sales tools and presentations that communicate the brand and product clearly.
- Maintain close relationships with partners and the sales team to identify opportunities.
- Work with local PR agencies to deliver media coverage
- Support local storytelling and identify relevant opportunities to promote the brand.
- Coordinate with central teams on announcements and key brand moments
- Build effective relationships across commercial, digital, and central marketing teams.
- Share updates and learnings to ensure alignment across teams.
Contribute to improving processes and sharing best practices with colleagues and agency partners.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English & Korean
- Experience in campaign delivery.
- Significant experience in the South Korea market, broader global experience is an advantage.
- Experience at managing B2C, B2B & PR led campaigns,
- Proven track record growing ROI to ensure commercial outcomes.
- Digital / social experience across paid & owned channels
